2. Products & Personalisation We offer personalised and engraved gifts made to your specification. As items are made to order, please ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, messages) are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in the details you provide.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

4. Order Processing Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Production times vary by product — estimated timescales are shown on each product listing. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
