Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As many of our products are personalised and handcrafted to order, please allow this time before your order is dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
UK Delivery
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Free shipping on all UK orders over £40
- Orders under £40 are subject to a standard shipping charge at checkout
International Shipping We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Personalised Orders Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as personalised items cannot be amended once production has begun.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
